Upgrade eclipse-devel to 3.6.1

  Thank you!
  I downloaded and the patch applied cleanly.
However, I have compile errors and could not complete the compilation on FreeBSD-current (amd64).
  It is seemingly because of org.eclipse.jdt.core.JDTCompilerAdapter not being compiled.
