Upgrade eclipse-devel to 3.6.1

  I cleaned up all eclipse related files, .eclipse, workspace, and re-install eclipse-devel from updated port/java/eclipse-devel and tried subversive plugin from helios site.  It dumped core at re-startup after installing subversive pulugins. 
core file says something goes wrong at calling ld-elf.so.1 as below;

  Is this my specific problem?
