Eclipse 3.5.2 committed to eclipse-devel

The eclipse-devel port has been updated to Eclipse 3.5.2.  The changes are
based on Stephane's patches for 3.5.1, with updates to get it to work for
3.5.2 and as eclipse-devel by myself.

Unfortunately I don't have a lot of time to spend on the port, so I'd like
to see the list drive any fixes needed before updating the main eclipse port
(with Stephane's approval).

Currently this has only been tested on FreeBSD 7.3/i386.
