Eclipse 3.3.1 build

I have an amd64 platform running FreeBSD 6.2. I downloaded and compiled
3.3.1 and I have it up and running.

Haven't done much with it, but it started and is running.

Baby steps.

  I forgot to update assemble file patch for amd64 with previous tgz. and
