java/eclipse: 3.2.2 update

Hi, attached is a patch to update Eclipse to 3.2.2.  Please review it
and make sure I didn't miss anything.  I think this time I was more
careful updating the build xml files with correct version numbers.
Also, I removed files/post-patch-plugins-swt-gtk-os_custom.h because it
appears to be from back in the days when gtk/gnome libs installed
versioned libraries which they no longer do as of a few releases ago.
Feedback from users is appreciated.
