I think you may want to checkout 'eclipse' from CVS with tag 
RELEASE_6_2_0 and manually apply the patch found at: 
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports/java/eclipse/Makefile.diff?r1=1.51;r2=1.52
