Upgrading some ports like eclipse main prog or eclipse webtools

Hi all,

Hi, i want to make web developpement on freebsd, i try to install my 
Komodo personnal edition but freeze... So i try another solution like 
Eclipse but when
i look into freshports and i saw eclipse 3.1 version or 3.2 is out and 
the same with webtools 0.7 or latest is 1.5. WHen can i hope new 
rversion upgraded in port tree ?
