Eclipse version 3.2

Is someone working on an update to the port for 3.2?  I don't know why 
the 3.2 dev port was discontinued, but with the landing of callisto and 
the final release a week ago, 3.2 is even more important.  I could dive 
in and try to work out the patches for it myself, but I'm inexperienced 
with this codebase and don't think it would be a good use of time if 
someone else is already doing it.
