SWT port

Hello.  I have a port named 'x11-toolkits/swt32', ready for  
consideration, that is based on 3.2M4 (Stable), but I did not have  
time last week to submit this.  Sorry about that.  I will try to get  
around to submitting the PR & SHAR for it later today.
