Drivers for my hardware

ill be the lab-rat, i have the hardware, if someone can write the drivers.
My wifi, 3D support (uses vesa), and SD Card are the obvious things that dont work.
we could audio/video/text chat and ill do evertyhing you say... when its bsd related lol
and i will let u know the out/results.. 
So basicly im willing to be your remote eyes if someone is willing to write the drivers for my hardware.

It's a Dell Latitude E6420, Laptop.
