Driver for intel 3945ABG

Hello list,

I'll like to know the status for this device:
      Intel(r) PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection,
I know there is a port for this card,
      /usr/ports/net/iwi-firmware/
But what I want to know is if this port is going to be part
of the source tree, or you guys need someone to work on it.
