confused handbook

Hi,

https://docs.freebsd.org/en/books/handbook/cutting-edge/#makeworld has
the latest method, with git and etcupdate

https://docs.freebsd.org/en/books/handbook/makeworld.html has the old
method, with svnlite and mergemaster

At this time there's stable/12 and stable/13. Shouldn't it be made
clear the first URL refers to stable/13 and the 2nd one to stable/12 and
earlier?
