Patch for rc.conf.5

Following manpages have been removed from the system and must not be referenced
in rc.conf(5).

gdb(1)
 contrib/gdb has been removed in 

info(1)
 texinfo has been removed in 2d2813618c3818d7d41a7ced1fca4a1a01d3591d

makewhatis(1)
 changed to makewhatis(8) in f884b59d018db61b39146c9f08b4ffc17e9f8902

amd(8)
 amd has been removed in 13f7dbe822d5f447c6137dc0d4ff838fb7050dbe

timed(8)
 timed has been removed in 53fc043d41f9858c1759fc2cf4452a54813332ec

While here remove timed(8) and amd(8) related configuration variables from
rc.conf(5). These variables are still present in /etc/defaults/rc.conf. I will
file another issue regarding these defaults for unused variables.
