On https://docs.freebsd.org/en/ in section "Articles - en" 

the articles don't have a footer at all. E.g.
https://docs.freebsd.org/en/articles/bsdl-gpl/

In the section "Books - en" the HTML pages always have a footer, e.g.
https://docs.freebsd.org/en/books/design-44bsd/
