Thanks for the report!

I am afraid that we cannot control it currently. Both errata notices and
security advisories are published as plain text documents, and they are
presented with the defaults of your browser. There is no CSS that we could
change there. The presentation of those files depends solely on the browser
settings.

The redesign of the website is a project that is slowly getting traction. I'll
point people working on it to this issue to make them aware of this
accessibility issue.
