Text change to introduce building from source

Chapter 14.3, creating an controlling jails does not make a textual distinction
between the two main ways of building a jail (downloading/using installation
media and building from source). The attached small textual change makes sure
the division is clear.

May I please ask that web pages and announcements are dated.

For example you announce a new release but on the webpage I have no idea
when that was. I can only tell by finding a mailing list announcement or
external source.

A good example https://www.freebsd.org/releases/11.2R/announce.html does
have a page edit date at the bottom but that might not be the date of
the announcement if the page was written or changed later.

Regards,

Jon Schneider

+1

I was looking for the same info only recently and found the same
shortcoming.

To have the orders of magnitude in a man page is useful. man 7 aims to be
provide miscellaneous information to users and this man page is good addition
to it.

Hi,

We are a Cloud Software Magazine and would like to publish a news
story about FreeBSD as your OS is definitely worth introducing to our
readers. Would it be possible to get some questions answered to
prepare the news story?

I am also wondering if we can use the company logo/screenshots to
include in our news story? It would be great if we can get some
photographs relevant to the Project.

Thanks and looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Regards,

Melanie Cohen

The best people for you to ask about this are the FreeBSD Foundation who
own the copyrights on FreeBSD logos and other branding. They will be
happy to answer questions about FreeBSD in general, and will likely be
able to put you in contact with appropriate members of the community to
talk about more specific areas.

I've CC'd info at freebsdfoundation.org

        Cheers,

        Matthew
