cal, ncal man page patch

The current cal, ncal man page doesn't have a standards section. The attached
patch addresses this. The man page date should be updated after the patch was
applied. I did this within my GitHub repository, but I was unable to the
extract the change for PR submission.

Small correction for is control(8)

In the History Session of is control(8) is a missing "dot" that prevents the
correct expansion of "FreeBSD". The attached patch addresses this.
