Strange behavior in "make tran" for pgpkeys article

Hi guys,

While moving forward here with the effort to translate the FreeBSD
Articles to pt_BR I was trying to generate the pt_BR version of the
pgpkeys article from the pt_BR.po file, but when i used the "make
tran" command it generate an article.xml with practically 4 Mb in
size, instead the less than 3Kb file that i was expecting.

For some reason, appear that the "make tran" command are expanding the entities:

&section.pgpkeys-officers;
&section.pgpkeys-core;
&section.pgpkeys-developers;
&section.pgpkeys-other;

I wondered if anyone could tell me why this happened, and what I could
do to fix it.
Any help will be very appreciated :)
