Update for uugrn.org in /head/share/xml/usergroups.xml

Hi *,

I have some information update on Unix Users group Rhein-Neckar e.V.
(UUGRN.ORG):

- removed some outdated information (locations)
+ changed some URLs to https
+ added link to twitter (user group announces).
