ja_JP.eucJP/htdocs/ports/Makefile.inc0 use the standard english include
Makefiles.

However, the include path is wrong: "../../en/ports/Makefile.inc"

it should be "../../../en_US.ISO8859-1/htdocs/ports/Makefile.inc"
