In the comments for PR # 218849 people voiced concerns that it is inappropriate
for the handbook to devote a section on how to use a port. That information
belongs in the ports own documentation. Ezjail uses the /etc/rc.d/jail script
to auto convert to the new jail.conf method which has been available since
10.0. Ezjail has not used the last 2 years to change over to using the
jail.conf method.

PR # 218849 deals with removing the auto conversion code from the
/etc/rc.d/jail script. The ezjail maintainer has been provided a very simple
patch to solve this problem. 

This handbook patch removes all ezjail documentation from the handbook jail
chapter and adds an political correct entry which is fair to all the jail
management utilities in the port system as seen below.

Manually creating and managing jails can quickly become tedious and
error-prone. The ports collection contains some utilities designed to simplify
jail management. Their listing here doesn't imply an recommendation or
endorsement. Nothing more than a list of the different names of jail utilities
in the ports sysutils category that you may want to review.
