Added a section listing the WiFi USB and Mini PCIe devices that are known to
work well. A lot of devices are listed in the driver man pages, but as I found
many of them have issues.

This list has value since it can direct people who need to buy a WIFi card in
the right direction, and save them an aggravation of buying a card that doesn't
actually work.

The list is incomplete, of course. It can be added to later.
