updates to advocacy/myths.xml

The Myths page is a little bit stale.  This patch does the following:

 * prepend "Myth:" to each of the bullet points.
 * drop the wording that implies there are only 4 *BSD projects.
 * move the Myths header above the Index header to make it clearer what the
index entries mean.
 * improve some awkward wording.
 * remove back-to-back entries about FreeBSD Mall.  The second is redundant.
 * update the number of ports.
 * drop reference to Itanium.
