Fix versions for serial ports mane change

Currently The FreeBSD Handbook [25.2.1. Serial Cables and Ports] states:
---
Call-out ports are named /dev/cuauN on FreeBSD versions 10.x and higher and
/dev/cuadN on FreeBSD versions 9.x and lower.
---

That is not correct. According to release notes the change happened at
8.0-RELEASE [2.2.2 Hardware Support]:
https://www.freebsd.org/releases/8.0R/relnotes-detailed.html
---
[amd64, i386] The uart(4) driver is now the default driver for serial port
devices in favor of the sio(4) driver. Note that the device nodes have been
renamed from /dev/cuadN and /dev/ttydN to /dev/cuauN and /dev/ttyuN.
---

A proposed patch is attached.
