- Remove the reference to XEmacs since it is effectively dead
- Add content about
  - On-the-fly XML validation using nxml-mode and the FDP's DocBook-based
compact relax NG schema
  - On-the-fly proofreading with Flycheck and Igor
  - FDP-specific settings
- Fix an Igor warning about a long line
