vxlan.4 additional rc.conf.5 example

First patch of any kind, hopefully it is formatted correctly and appropriate.
Reason for additional example in vxlan(4) is I struggled to workout how to
create a vxlan interface via rc.conf(5). Hopefully it will help others if
accepted.
