Russian Handbook IPFW manual

Hello.

For now, there is no chapter about IPFW in russian handbook.
With collegue we've done this job for our internal use. In my opinion, it
sounds not bad, so how I can contact about publishing  with someone, who
involved in writing russian handbook?

contacts existings on russian pages of the handbook doesn't work ( delivery
fails )
