Different capitalization standards for titles apply in different
contexts.  Some prefer "Only the first letter capitalized" while other
prefer "Every Single Word Is Capitalized" and still others prefer
variations between the two.  There are even cases where sentence
punctuation is the "standard".  I don't know what's most appropriate in
this case.
