Since kde4 uses a different path for the startup script, will this be reflected in the handbook?
 [ttyv8 "/usr/local/bin/kdm -nodaemon" xterm on secure]  to [ttyv8 "/usr/local/kde4/bin/kdm -nodaemon" xterm on secure] ?
