PACKAGEROOT and the other pkg_add(1) environment variables should
probably be documented, or at least referenced, in the Handbook too.
They are not 'obvious' for someone reading our Handbook and there's at
least one instance of a recent thread in freebsd-hackers where a user
didn't know about PACKAGEROOT at all.
