handbook on rebuilding world missing steps

Hello,

If you follow the instructions in the handbook explicitely when you rebuild
world, you run into a problem.

After booting single-user mode, you cannot run mergemaster because the
filesystem is still mounted read-only. 

You're missing:

fsck
mount -a
