Handbook needs update?

Thanks for sending this post, and I apologize for dropping the ball on
this for so long.  I had kept the message in my INBOX, but kept missing
the change to actually read the `isc-dhcpd.sh' script from the port
files/ subdir and writing the text.

I just committed your suggestion as revision 1.81 of the file
doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/network-servers/chapter.sgml,v

Your help in improving our Handbook is much appreciated, despite the
time it took me to commit this.  I hope this delay doesn't stop you from
sending us more suggestions, as useful as this one or even more :)
