Problem seems to exist in all versions of FreeBSD.

Description:
	mv(1) contains the sentence:  "It is an error for either the source operand or the destination path to specify a directory unless both do.

How-To-Repeat:
	man mv

Fix:
	Remove this sentence from man page.
