[review] dutch handbook ready chapters

hi friends!

the dutch documentation project is getting along quite
fast and it is time to get the first chapters into
cvs tree.

i would be very happy if someone finds the time
and checks through the handbook for style (and for our
dutch speaking friends) and content issues.

the following chapters are ready to get reviewed:

-> introduction
-> configuration and tuning
-> booting process
-> colophon
-> preface
-> book.sgml

the rest is not 100% ready yet and will be replace
by 'place holders' (indicating the work in progress).

the source is available at [1], the built html version at[2].
