What exactly is it that you want to know about the 5.2.1 mini-ISO? :)
If you are asking about where to fetch it from, try:

ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/i386/ISO-IMAGES/5.2.1/5.2.1-RELEASE-i386-miniinst.iso

..or any of the mirrors.

If your question is 'what is it', the mini-install ISO image is a CD
image for installing the FreeBSD base system only, no ports or packages.
The base system sources (/usr/src) are included, though.

Hope that helps!

G'luck,
Peter
