Hello The 5.X version of the echo module example in Character Devices (13.4) is not working on 5.3. What is needed is an add of the .dversion in cdevsw struct and a change from dev_t to struct cdev* if i understand right. Anyway after that change the module worked fine.. Mvh Karl Andersson
