ftp9.freebsd entry wrong

Hello,

Please update the ftp9.freebsd.org entry to have the standard
pub/FreeBSD directory structure (it currently has pub/os/FreeBSD).
This was changed a long time ago when the host entry was changed
to a separate IP (used to point to 128.10.252.10, which still has
the pub/os/FreeBSD structure.)
