	Hi there
	there was no man page for snd_maestro so I wrote
	this one, it's pretty simple but provides some info.
	it was based on the snd_maestro3 man page, which
	includes some info about GPL code in the driver.
	I could not find anything about GPL code in this
	driver so I omited that "warning".
