Creating an Admin Handbook

I've said it before, I'll say it again -- the FAQ needs to die.  

In the same way that each chapter has a "Synopsis", each chapter should
have a FAQ section, at the end of the chapter, containing relevant
content scooped out from the existing FAQ.

Production of a master-FAQ, containing all the FAQ content from the
Handbook(s) would then be possible.

I had grand plans for this a few years ago.  Then, inexplicably, I went
and got a life, and free time plummeted.
