Creating an Admin Handbook

To my mind, an "admin" task is one performed primarily
to help/mange users of the system other than one's self.

From a human/organizational  viewpoint, this is indeed a fundamental
dichotomy.  At the same time, one could well question whether
the tasks of handling FreeBSD really split up along those lines
in any fundamental way.
