5.2 release notes and mistake wrt. GCC

The GCC 5.2 release notes state, under "2.4 Contributed Software" that

  GCC has been updated from 3.2.2 to a 3.3.3 post-release snapshot from
  6 November 2003.

This is not correct.  The snapshot we are using is from a 3.3.3
pre-release (not a post-release); GCC 3.3.3 has not released yet.

Would you mind updating that?
