Removing:

<col width="1*" />
<col width="3*" />

from the HTML file also seems to work. To make the change via inline
CSS, replace:

<th>Term</th>
<th>Description</th>

with

<th style="width: 33%">Term</th>
<th style="width: 67%">Description</th>

while also removing the two <col> tags mentioned above.
