docs/65065: improper language ntpd man pages

O come now ... let's not take all of the flair and interest out of the man
page!  How about "Not recommended for the faint of heart!"?

It's a shame that we have to be so serious to look professional.  Next thing
you know, the joke will be removed from the end of the tunefs man page :(
