Handbook doubt...

Hi,

A few weeks ago, I got handbook of freebsd in pdf file, I would like to 
print it, then few days ago, I got pdf handbook again and I saw that 
handbook file was small then the first, and the document index end was 
without page numbers, the first doc has 730 pages and de last has 630.

What's this difference?

Where I can get a full handbook pdf file, for print?
