I want the result to end up in a different directory when Imake the handbook

I suppose Bill wants to _make_ outside original tree. This at least needs 'make
obj', and many parts of /usr/doc tree are whining when they're build with r/o
/usr/obj with 'make obj' as a prerequisite. As usual, lack of time is main
cause of /me not sending patches ;)
