I think glib kqueue is still ugly.
Last time I try it 2019-03-17, most changes was before this, and it crash.

Even more, it still use polling and consume cpu.
No caches, no event ratelimit/dalying, no grouping/deduplication and no other
pretty things that I had done.
But some of these things exist in linux backend.
