Oracle 9i on FreeBSD 4.10

I think (been a good year or so) it's because there is no fstat64() 
call in our 4.X.  If you use 5.X, however, there is an fsstat64() call 
in our linux emulation layer which will let you run Ora9i.  Bite 
(byte?) the bullet and upgrade to 5.X and you'll be quite happy with 
the results.  -sc
