There is no eventfd.c in /usr/src/lib/libc/gen in -12.x. It was
added on Dec 23, 2020 and seems to be in -13 and later.
If you are running -12.x, you may wish to either make sure you are
installing packages from a -12 repo or update your OS to 13.0-BETA3.
