A new stable/12 poudriere jail is inferior to its stable/12 host

r339438 is a revision in stable/11.  r339435 is a revision in stable/12.

That bit of confusion illustrates why I believe that it's useful
for uname to show the revision of the branch in question as of the
last time the sources were updated, rather than (just) the last
revision that happened to be committed to the entire repository as
of the last time the sources were updated.

Thus, I have uname strings like:

FreeBSD localhost 11.2-STABLE FreeBSD 11.2-STABLE #770  r339442M/339445: Fri Oct 19 03:45:47 PDT 2018     root at g1-215.catwhisker.org:/common/S1/obj/usr/src/sys/CANARY  amd64
FreeBSD localhost 11.2-STABLE FreeBSD 11.2-STABLE #771  r339446M/339530: Sun Oct 21 03:37:18 PDT 2018     root at localhost:/common/S1/obj/usr/src/sys/CANARY  amd64
