[Bug 227259] accept()/poll() and shutdown()/close() - not work as in FreeBSD10, may broke many apps

I do not understand why shutdown() does not generates POLLHUP/EV_EOF (EV_ERROR
then add shutdowned socket) for poll() and kqueue().
